FOUNDER + CEO
MISSION: To build a sisterhood of women through our love of shoes, while striving to inspire, support, uplift, and encourage all women one stiletto step at a time.
Vicki Kelley created Hot Stiletto to provide an opportunity for women to establish a sisterhood through their love for shoes, while striving to inspire, support, uplift, and encourage one another. Soon thereafter, Hot Stiletto realized a more devastating impact on women that needed a voice, and quickly transitioned to supporting and increasing awareness and prevention of domestic violence abuse.
Hot Stiletto became a 501(c)3 in 2014 changing the dynamic from just a social club to a community outreach organization providing assistance, increasing awareness, and facilitating programs through the local domestic violence abuse shelters. Due to her passion, Mrs. Kelley has committed her time through speaking engagements, educational seminars and various community events to create a platform of awareness. In conjunction, Hot Stiletto has created programs such as Heels Can Heal which enables an opportunity to engage with the victims to discuss, reflect, and share experiences among women who have been directly or indirectly affected by domestic abuse.
